You Are Artwork on Display!

Just as a piece of art on display can inspire and move us, the influence of women is seen in many beautiful ways. Young mothers shape the future as they raise their children, while grandmothers guide families with their wisdom. Women lead by teaching the next generation and empowering adults through a variety of careers. Their creativity shines as artists, authors, and musicians, and through collaboration and innovation. Women who live by godly values and show courageous faith serve as role models for others. They celebrate what is good, true, and right, and demonstrate grace even during disagreements, losses, or difficult times. No matter the circumstances, influential women show strength, character, and beauty in all they do.

At Influential Women’s Forum, we recognize the unique power of women and the positive impact they have in every area of society.

IWF exists to support, connect, and strengthen women who are making a positive difference in the world. We believe that each woman, created in God’s image, has a special purpose. By helping women become who God intended them to be, we empower them to influence others and leave a lasting impact for generations to come!

"For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago." NLT

Statement of Beliefs

Our Beliefs

  • We believe God has called and equipped His church, to engage and impact every area of influence including: the family, the church, business, government, education, media, arts and entertainment.
  • We believe godly women, His precious and gifted daughters bring wisdom, understanding, knowledge and insight to each area of influence and help create an atmosphere for human flourishing in every setting.
  • We believe God is a loving and relational union, who consists of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and chose to create men and women in His image as life-giving, sexual beings.
  • We believe by God’s design, men and women are equally valuable but intentionally different. They are created with male and female natures, to reflect unique aspects of God’s character and nature (Gen 1:26-27). Rejection of one’s biological sex is a rejection of the image of God within that person.
  • We believe sexuality, our male or female nature, is not merely expressed physically. We are designed to be whole people, expressing our sexuality through all five aspects of who we are – physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual.
  • We believe marriage, as defined by God, is a sacred covenant relationship between one man and one woman in an exclusive union, as delineated in Scripture (Gen 2:18-25).
  • We believe children are a blessing and a gift from God. They are a natural outworking of a life-giving marriage. We believe building families through either childbirth or adoption reflects God’s divine design for human flourishing
  • We believe God is the author and sustainer of all life. Therefore, all life is sacred and should be honored and protected. This includes pre-born babies, the aged, the physically or mentally challenged, and every other stage or condition from conception through natural death.
  • We believe marriage and family are the central, most vital social institutions upon which successful societies are built and where people, young and old are encouraged to thrive and become who God intended.
  • We believe that God offers redemption and restoration to all who confess and forsake their sin, seeking His mercy and forgiveness through Jesus Christ (Acts 3:19-21; Romans 10:9-10; 1 Cor 6:9-11). We believe complete wholeness cannot occur without the saving work of Jesus Christ, and the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit within the individual.
  • We believe that God is love and therefore every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity (Mark 12:28-31; Luke 6:31).
